Reformer class designed to challenge those who like to move at a slower pace with a focus on form. Modifications for chronic conditions, balance issues, and prenatal clients will be taken into consideration. This is a great class to start with if you are new to Pilates on the reformer!
Reformer 1.5 is a faster paced, intermediate level class for those who have some pilates experience! We ask that you haven taken at least three of our Reformer 1 classes before joining this level. This class will include more planks, balance work, coordination challenges and jumpboard. Not recommended for those who are new to Pilates or have chronic conditions or injuries. *Instructor may recommend moving to a different class if there is concern for safety.
A fast paced, athletic class designed for those who have prior Pilates experience. Please do not take this class if you haven't taken our Reformer 1 &1.5 classes. Exercises in this class may include kneeling, balancing, standing, full body integration work (planks, etc), and jumpboard. Not recommended for those who are new to Pilates or have chronic conditions or injuries. *Instructor may recommend moving to a different class if there is concern for safety.
Private Pilates Sessions are all about the individual. You will receive a program suited specifically to your fitness goals, rehabilitation, or physical situation. Private sessions involve various Pilates Apparatus, as well as some Mat work. Please contact us to schedule!
Duet Pilates Sessions are small enough that you still receive personal attention, and are cost effective. Recommended for those who feel confident in their coordination, or for those who have had several privates in the past. Duet sessions involve various Pilates Apparatus, as well as some Mat work. Special event classes are great for teams or families!
Group Reformer classes can accommodate 5 people. Class will cater to those in attendance and will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility with a focus on core strength.
Group Mat Classes incorporate traditional Mat exercises with no apparatus. Mat classes can also accommodate 5 people if done in the Cascade Pilates studio – larger groups will need to be taught in a larger location or online.
