24 hour notice of cancellation is required. If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will be required to pay the full price.
If you are participating in the monthly membership offering, a $15 fee will be charged if you late cancel, and a $20 fee will be charged if you no show.
As a small business, late cancel and no show policies are standard. This is to protect our time and income. Also, our classes have limited spots available so the policy discourages speculative booking, and keeps more spots open for those who can commit to the class.
Private & Duet Packages are non-refundable.
Packages or single credits cannot be transferred between clients. If you can't make a class, you cannot gift your credit to someone else. If it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window, this will be considered a late cancel and you will lose the credit.
All packages must be used within 30-90 days of purchase depending on the type of package.
Prior to your first session, you are required to review and sign a Client Registration Form and Waiver of Liability common to the fitness industry. This form is available on our scheduling platform.
All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
1-3 times per week is recommended for best results.
If you have been moved from the waitlist into a class, you will receive an email notification.
Yes, if it has been approved by your doctor or physical therapist and you can provide a note clearing you for exercise.
Sticky (grip) socks are available for purchase at Cascade Pilates.
